Martin Simons, Relief Plant Manager at Lancashire Readymix, is in training to complete a charity bike ride raising money for the British Heart Foundation. To make it extra challenging the ride is at night from Manchester to Blackpool.
The ride will end with the last couple of miles ridden through the illuminations which are being kept on especially for the event.
