Following the success of the CEMEX Europe #fit4life calorie burn challenge held during the summer, an additional challenge has been launched for the Autumn and we want to encourage as many employees as possible across the region to take part. All employees can join in, whatever their level of fitness and the aim is to burn as many calories as possible from now until the end of October, with results collated according to country.

All you need to do is to download the endomondo app to your phone and it will record the amount of calories you burn whilst doing any exercise.

To make it more competitive there are three prizes up for grabs – wireless Xiaomi headphones, a cyclist toolkit and LED light (shoe-attachable) for runners.
