Last week we held the 2019 UK Communication Forum which was chaired by Lex Russell, Managing Director for UK Materials Northern.  12 employee representatives from all areas of the business met with Directors and other senior managers over two days to share information and discuss areas of concern.

Day one focused on four key priorities; Health and Safety, Customer Experience, Digitalisation (CEMEX Go and CRM) and Sustainability. On the second day we received updates from the different operational business areas, with plenty of opportunity for discussion and answering questions throughout.
