This month 248 customer facing colleagues have received Customer Focus Training within Aggregates and Asphalt. There is a further 89 people to train which will be carried out in the next few weeks.
The purpose of the exercise was a refresher course. They majored on the following:
- Customer Service is No. 2 behind Health & Safety
- Six Service Standards
- Customer Service Promise
- Call Bob
- Customer Satisfaction Survey Action Log
Thanks to the Trainers who rolled out the training and congratulations to the 248 people who completed the training. It is now intended to roll the training out to all our operational staff.
