The customer, M Raymond and a farmer, didn’t know it but he really needed the Advanced Range for a new grain store near Stevenage in Hertfordshire. Discussions with Sales Representative Southern, Chloe Whitworth, highlighted that RC40 with structural fibres perhaps wouldn’t be quite as effective and do such a good long term job as Advanced. The customer had also used a competitor’s product in the past, Multistore, but was convinced by Chloe of the CEMEX alternative.  Working together with the Operations Team, it meant that the additional materials such as fibres were brought to the local plant for batching.
