Aggs Customer Service Shines…

Haulier, Alan Hodges, took time out to comment on the Rugby teams improved Customer Service since the June South West & Wales ‘Go Live’.  Alan commented: “The team have a very professional approach and communicate well. It has made a big improvement to the way I’m dealt with.”

He made a special mention to Alexander Ward and George Davison.  He commented on how switched on and good Alex, in particular was, and also George when supporting the area.

The team as a whole are always looking for ways to improve the customer service experience.
