Asphalt Customer Service Success…..

The Asphalt Team in Bristol received brilliant customer feedback last week from the Managing Director of Coatstone Surfacing. 

The Team had just completed their first asphalt order for a few years with Coatstone and Sales Rep, Bob Edwards, took a call from the MD who said: “It all went smoothly with good communication, and it was easy and pleasant to phone our orders into your Planning Team at Rugby.”  He also appreciated that the Weighbridge Team at Wickwar played a major part in this success adding to the greatly improved the customer service.

On the strength of this result the Team has secured an ongoing housing site.

Bob commented: “We need to say a big thank you to Frank and his Team for repairing the plant when we had our down time recently which could easily have affected this customer.  Again, a great response and communication meant it didn’t affect them.”

Well done for a great team effort.  When we work as ONE CEMEX we can be the best for customers.
