Last week the Customer Service team in Rugby hosted a visit from CEMEX colleagues in France who came here for two days to find out how we centralised our customer service teams.  They explored customer centre ways of working alongside our team leads and sales agents.  This is in preparation for their own plans to centralise customer service in Paris.
