CEMEX Go CRM tool – a new culture

There was a kick-off meeting last week to start planning implementation of CEMEX Go Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – the next step in our Digital Transformation.

CEMEX Go CRM will help us manage all customer interactions, bringing a more professional approach to our commercial strategies, our sales efforts, and our after sales service. Brin Sandhu recently returned from learning more about this from our global colleagues and said, “it’s not just a new tool it’s a new culture.” Watch out for more news in coming weeks.
