“I’m sat here at home on a Saturday having a coffee whilst tracking the progress of an important pour that started loading around 6.00 am, ex Dagenham. Important for two reasons: The customer is Spanish and I don’t speak Spanish and his English is about the same level. It is high margin with repeat business, potentially out of hours today. The contact numbers aren’t English but thanks to the recent update we can now call European mobile numbers. So, I am the middle man between the Plant and Site and can rest easy knowing I can track the delivery and how the job is going. CEMEX Go is adding value to me as well as the customer.”
