Last week our Customer Service Managers in Rugby, headed by Stuart Keighley our new Customer Service Director, started work to put customers next on our agendas after Health & Safety.
They talked Customer Centricity which is a huge initiative within CEMEX and customer service is part of that as a global track, customer satisfaction scores and the local Business Customer Service improvement plans.
Jesus has set a target of 90% customer satisfaction for the UK. Whilst this is ambitious it is not unobtainable. Stuart and the Team agreed that there will probably have to be a stepped approach with each part of the business being asked to commit to a target for this year.
