Months of major work on the West Coast Mainline have been condensed into a time-lapse video.  See if you can spot the CEMEX mixer trucks!

Follow the link below to www.bbc.com/news to look at the video. The footage shows two bridges being constructed at Norton Bridge near Stafford as part of Network Rail’s £250m Stafford Area Improvements Programme.

The bridge on the right of the film is the new Stone rail line being built over the existing Stafford to Crewe West Coast mainline. The bridge on the left is for a section of the new B5026 Eccleshall to Stone Road.

In all 11 new bridges are being built as part of the project. Network Rail said their aim was to improve journey times for passengers.
