Two of the Rugby Planning Team, Celaine Cave and Michelle Gibson, visited Lincoln Coating Plant for two days to get an in-depth understanding of an Asphalt Plant and the Logistics operation.

While out visiting a Kier site Celaine received the following feedback from the Site Manager, Mark:

“We stopped using CEMEX about two years ago as the service was poor, and we were using MQP up until recently when we decided to give CEMEX another go. We find the material from CEMEX is of a far superior quality and the service is so far fantastic. Chris has been keeping us up-to-date if loads are going to be late which is brilliant, when we have large jobs on there are plenty of trucks being sent which is also great. If the great service continues we will stay with CEMEX for sure and we have a lot of work on this year.”

This is great feedback and good, not just for the material we are delivering now, but securing future orders.
