London Readymix Teamwork Provides Superior Customer Experience In Croydon

Thanks to Nigel Bateman for the pictures and update on some great teamwork to provide a Superior Customer Experience last week. Our Readymix people at Croydon, Fulham and Sydenham worked together to complete a 1,100m3 pour at St George Street in Croydon.

The Fulham Drivers started at 5.15am to begin the pour and our supply chain colleagues were also up and about early. It was well planned by Operations Manager, Darren Yakinthou, and assisted by Jane Barker and Liz Dixon at Rugby. Dan described how during the day it was about “relaxing and enjoying seeing all our plans working like clockwork” and “it’s what we do best, working together to surpass customer expectations.”
