Last week Cluster 16 came to the rescue for a customer who had been let down by a competitor. Tracey Yates took the customer call and was able to agree a price and place the order within an hour.

Our Oakengate Plant supplied the first part of the pour, but due to a plant breakdown Cannock had to step into the breach to keep the job going.

With great Team effort from Maintenance Fitter, Brian Pountney, Plant Technician, Keith Worrall, Maintenance Planning Analyst,  Steven Peacock and Plant Supervisor, Paul Collyer, Oakengate Plant was up and running within two hours. The job was completed just after 6:30pm.

Following this success the customer, who was a faithful Tarmac customer, has now opened an account with CEMEX and currently placed an order for Evolution Flooring for the building flooring slab.
