Our Readymix Customer Service Team Living The Customer Service Promise!

We were delighted to receive a very complementary message this week from Laing O’Rouke’s Expanded Piling Senior Procurement Manager, James Harrison, in recognition of a marked improvement in our responsiveness.

One of our four Customer Service Promises is: “If we can’t deal with your enquiry immediately then we’ll get back to you within 24 hours, latest”.  James Harrison sent a very positive note addressed to his ‘QUICK SLICK SALES TEAM’ asking for a new mix on a project in Altrincham. He signed off saying “THANKS MY GOLDEN CHILDREN!!”
