This week the Bulk Cement Planning and Customer Service team took time out to enjoy a spot of lunch as a small thank you for the hard work and effort they all put in during the SAP Outage.
During the outage everyone amended their shifts, extended their working hours into the evening and also worked from home ensuring tickets were processed in a timely manner (also supported by the Commercial Admin ladies). Whilst it was a challenging and stressful few days, it was a real team effort and demonstrated great commitment to CEMEX and serving our customers. Thank you all.
