Matt Saunders returned to the 4th floor at Rugby office this week after a 3 year absence.
He is now the voice of the CEMEX product support helpline. They say that the best way to start a new job is in at the deep end, this was certainly the case for Matt. Within minutes of starting Matt was taking call after call, doing his best to guide customers to the right CEMEX contact. Matt has had 8 years of experience working for CEMEX and he was fantastic at helping customers with his product knowledge.
Matt realised the enormity of the job when he returned from lunch to 6 voicemails and 15 emails. Although extremely busy Matt said that he is thoroughly enjoying the new job. Keep up the good work Matt!
