A big thank you to everyone for dealing with the recent snow and bad weather. Everyone worked safely and tremendously hard to keep supplies going and keeping customers happy; and you continue to do so to catch up with the backlog.
Andrew Bright, Dry Silo Mortar Manager, had a few words of thanks for the supply to Bank Station, London: “I would like to take the opportunity to thank a number of people that worked above and beyond during the recent very inclement weather, ensuring that supplies were maintained at Bank Station in London, where we are supplying sprayed concrete, particularly over the weekend.
We normally supply from our Plant in Dove Holes Quarry but due to the bad weather the Quarry was closed from Wednesday afternoon, but fortunately we had a back-up stock at our holding depot in Bletchley near Milton Keynes. The following people and companies provided a major effort in keeping supplies going over the snow bound period: Briony Potter in the office, Wayne Hall at Bletchley depot, and N J Docksey and their drivers ensured that deliveries were made safely and on time with the minimum of fuss and kept our record going of the DSM business, making a delivery every day including weekends since the 8th October 2017. Once again thanks to all those that helped out.”
