A full 12 months has passed since the first of the ‘Go Live’ events (London Region) in the creation of our Readymix Customer Service Centre in 2015.
The London CSC Team has done a great job and with the support of the Regional staff has built stable and high performing ‘Customer Service’ on phones, enquiry response and pricing. The photo shows current and previous London Team Members enjoying a celebration to mark the first year.
