The ‘UK Discovery Workshop’ (one of four being held as part of this project) was held at Dunchurch Park. A UK Team of around 25 participated in the event supported by P&IT, Neoris, IBM and facilitated by Starfish Taylor.
The core businesses were represented (Cement Bulk and Packed, Aggregates and Readymix). The Team worked on the ‘Customer’s Journey with CEMEX’ (O2C) and ‘Moments of Truth’ for customers where ‘Customer Service’ experience had a significant impact on service experience. Issues, root causes and possible solutions were captured.
