Adam followed in his father’s footsteps when he joined Southam Cement Plant in 1991. He progressed from Fitters Mate to Maintenance Fitter, transferred to the Maintenance Team at the new Rugby Plant in 1998 and was promoted to Maintenance Team Leader in 2010. Adam and his wife, Joanne, no doubt celebrated with a good meal out and were delighted with the new fitted wardrobes bought as their gift – never mind Adam the watch will just have to wait!!
