The Employee Forum for our Aggregates, Marine, Paving Solutions, Aggregate Logistics and Asphalt business met earlier this week. 

The forum is designed to share company information and employee concerns to work collaboratively in finding solutions to some of those everyday niggles that affect our day to day work. For one representative it was a sad day as Alan Spencer, representative for Paving Solutions, retires from our business this week after 11 years with the Company and nearly two years with the forum.  We would like to thank Alan for all his hard work and contributions over the years and wish him a very happy retirement.  Alan hands over the reins for the Employee Forum to Gary Money.  We are delighted Gary has decided to join us and welcome him to the group.
