Heads Up – eNPS Pulse Survey coming up….

A date for your diaries – the Employee Pulse Survey is coming up in a few weeks: 18th October.

This is your annual chance to feedback your thoughts and feelings about working for CEMEX in order to see positive changes in our workplace.

The aspiration is that every employee would recommend CEMEX as a good place to work to other people or be a ‘promotor of CEMEX’.

A score of 9-10 would mean you agree and would say CEMEX was a good place to work, 7-8 is a passive result meaning you are neither emotionally invested or disengaged with CEMEX, 0-6 would mean that you are highly dissatisfied with the organisation and spread negative word of mouth about it.

We calculate the employee net promoter score (eNPS) by taking the % of promoters (9-10) minus the % of detractors (0-6) to give an overall score.

Q2 2021 our eNPS score was +32 (vs +34 in Q1) for the EMEAA region and 67% of employees responded to the survey.

This survey will include a couple of further questions from the global team which will be asked across the world to gauge a global eNPS.

Watch out for an email from Perceptyx on 18th October with a link and QR code to the survey.  The link will be accessible to offline colleagues to use as well.
