New Online IT Self-Service Portal

Valeria Madero in our Process and IT Change Management team for End User Services reports that there is now a new Online Self-Service Portal, which is a web solution for the most common Process and IT Help Desk services. This is a CDM space so to access it you will need to be on the CEMEX system or on VPN.

The portal is available at this link:


after logging on using your usual CEMEX Username and Password, you  can quickly find solutions to the most common inquiries, for example –

  • password change
  • e-signature on Outlook
  • requesting access to Wifi for guests
  • create service requests (tickets) online and track their status making this process faster and easier
  • a new IBM artificial intelligence option called I’m Watson – can be used to ask questions about Process and IT
