Last week saw the first assessment day for the 19 short listed applicants of our new Technical Manager Graduate Programme which is seeking to strengthen our UK Technical Capability.

They started the day with an ‘elevator pitch’ to present themselves, they then moved on to two group exercises before each delegate completed an individual Health & Safety task.  They had a 30 minute interview and then the CEMEX team completed lengthy and detailed discussions to select candidates for stage 2!
