Held at Leeds Plant Craig Williamson and Stephanie Horn met with the Readymix Northern Communication Forum to discuss key issues affecting the region.  Held quarterly, the key item on the agenda was to share and discuss the recent results of the engagement survey and to gain feedback to help develop a comprehensive action plan.

The Communication Representatives also had the opportunity to post questions and challenge Craig on issues impacting the region. Craig comments: “The role of the Communication Representatives is not always understood, however, together they play a key role in bringing issues forward and are a positive aspect of our communication effort.  I would encourage everyone to know and understand the role that their Representative play and look to support them in their effort”.
