What did Stevie do to get nominated? 

Following a frustrating Friday Afternoon trying to process a £2k Cash Sale, that was required for next day delivery, Stevie took it upon himself to come into the Uddingston Office on a Saturday morning and process the order. This authorised payment, allowing the order to be delivered on time

The Customer & Business both benefited despite our initial problems, the customer was unaware and received seamless service. We supplied a profitable Cash Sale on a Saturday morning. This will lead to more business.
