Andy Doel has re-joined CEMEX as Neogem Business Manager starting 3rd April 2018, taking national responsibility for sales development of all Neogem products.
Neogem is our range of high quality Aggregates for five market sectors: agricultural, environmental, industrial, landscaping and sport. It was launched as part of a global initiative in 2018. Andy’s skills and experience match very well – he has a background in commercial, operations and technical management in the Aggregates industry. He previously worked for CEMEX between 1999 and 2006 as Business Manager for Lytag, a lightweight Aggregates business which was sold in 2006. Prior to that he worked in the pulverised fuel ash and construction materials industry. Since 2013 he was with Carbon8 as National Aggregates Manager.
