The results of Our UK Employee Engagement survey don’t just sit on the computer gathering dust. The Management Teams take them very seriously and have spent time over the last few months discussing the engagement results with many of you – during communications forums, team meetings and focus groups. The feedback from these sessions has helped create action plans to try to address our weaknesses.

The action plan is also being communicated in other ways, for example each business also has an engagement poster to help communicate the plans to our colleagues who are not online. Watch out for these as they contain important engagement information relating to you local business area.
