CEMEX were asked locally, and readily obliged, if they would like to donate a small volume of concrete towards the annual Natwest and The Disabled Community Day which was held at Witham Rugby Club in Essex.  The donation was to be used by PJ Carey to create a ramp for the disabled access into the club house.
