Last Saturday saw the first Rugby Parkrun.  Parkrun is a free weekly 5km timed run which is open to everyone.  It is free and is safe and easy to take part in.

CEMEX contributed £3,000 to help get this event up and running as part of our vision to be Best for Families, Employees and the Community. The Parkrun happens every Saturday at 9am and is a great way for people of all abilities to participate in some exercise with friends and family.

The location is Whinfield Recreation Ground, Clifton Road, Rugby, CV21 3SD.
