Employees at Rugby Office and Plant have been volunteering to sign up to Payroll Giving and the lottery scheme that the local Myton Hospice run.
Several Lend-A-Hand days have been spent there and Maninder Lully, Payroll Administrator in Rugby, is helping support the hospice. Look out for the Myton Hospice coming to Rugby on April 24th to promote their lottery scheme. At Myton we believe that everyone matters for every single moment of their life and that treating patients with dignity and respect is more important than meeting targets. We also know that making someone feel better is not just about medicine – sometimes holding someone’s hand or taking the time to listen to their fears makes the greatest difference – if someone you love was dying isn’t that what you would want for them?
We touch the lives of almost 4,000 people each year across Coventry and Warwickshire, in our hospices, via our patient and family support services and in the community through Myton at Home. We have to raise almost £8 million each year to continue providing our care. We can’t do it without people like you.
