Are you ready for the Challenge? Have you got your walking boots and pedometer at the ready?
From Monday 1st May for four weeks – your Pedometer challenge goal is to walk 10,000 steps a day!
A great way to have fun, increase the amount of activity you do each day, and improve your health.
If you haven’t got a pedometer, most smart phones have step counters or they are easily accessible e.g. British Heart Foundation Online Shop https://giftshop.bhf.org.uk/sports-fitness/walking/pedometers
What you need to do now……….
- Decide on your Team Members – teams of four or more.
- Decide on your Team Name.
- Decide on your Team Captain – this person will be responsible for uploading the weekly steps onto a dedicated Pedometer Challenge CDM site.
The registration process will be emailed out in the next couple of days, along with further instructions on how to upload the weekly steps. Teams need to be registered by Friday 21st April.
