Disappointingly, last week we saw our first recordable TRI of the year when an employee trapped one of his fingers while fitting a pulley onto a shaft.  He suffered a broken bone and bruising to the end of the finger.   It is worth noting that last year February was the worst month for TRIs – let’s stop the trend and make it a safe February.
