In our Dry Silo Mortar (DSM) business we continue to monitor our performance through regular customer feedback surveys both during the supply phases of a contract and at the end. These are recorded and any lower scores actioned upon as part of our customer improvement plan. But when we get feedback where all our efforts are appreciated it’s great to see and share – like this one below received on an off hire survey from our customer Willmott Dixon site in Newcastle under Lyme.

The survey was carried out by one of our Service Engineers, Darren Stevens. We offer in-depth training sessions for the safe use of our equipment on site.
