A short video showing a Near Miss (see link below or in the download section of the UK News website) where only the quick reactions of our tanker driver avoided a very serious road traffic collision, serves to remind us that a split second decision to take a risk can put us and others in serious danger.  This not only applies to our workplace but our day to day lives as well.
