The team at Dove Holes quarry have made a small but very significant improvement in the safety at their quarry.  They have installed a crisis management manual in a case on a board. 

The case contains all the key information about the quarry in one place, that is easily picked up on the way into site should the emergency services need it in an emergency.

Information will be held to help deal with fires or explosions etc with information such as gas shut off locators, fuel tanks, environmental information – river inlets, etc and evacuation muster points all included.

A great idea for every site.
