On 12 November the employees and contractors at Kensworth Quarry achieved an amazing two years first aid treatments free.

Martin Lithgo, Kensworth Quarry Manager, said: “This is a tremendous achievement by all of the people involved at the Quarry.  I believe that the deployment of continuous improvement and the culture which has developed has contributed to this achievement.  There is a sense of pride with very high standards maintained and everyone looking out for each other.

We need to stay vigilant and continue to keep making improvements to both physical safety and the behaviour and culture at the Quarry.”
