National Fitness Day!

Did you know that Wednesday 26th Sept is officially National Fitness Day? 

Everyone is encouraged to make it the most active day of their year… if you missed it never mind, get active anyway.  With winter coming it’s tempting to get ready to ‘hibernate’ and do less but plan ahead and decide what activity you can do even when the weather is against you.
