Last week Mel Bartley from ‘New Leaf Wellbeing’ went to the Preston Brook Hub office to conduct personal health checks followed by a talk on health advice.
Over the two days 46 CEMEX colleagues attended one of the one and half hour sessions. Mel presented nine sessions over two days to an audience of six to nine people in an informal and sociable way. The session was well received and provided a valuable insight (and a few shocks!) into personal wellbeing along, with a few pointers to aid improvement. It is the intention to hire the testing equipment in six months time to track (positive) changes.
Thanks to local Wellbeing Champion, Patrick Nicklin, for supervising the event.
