Next Monday is the beginning of the pedometer challenge. Grab your shoes and get out and about. A minimum of 10,000 steps a day is needed from all 800 participants. Like last year alternative activities are also worth steps – gardening or housework all count!
Cut the cakes too and load up on healthy fruit and veg to help those legs go for longer.
We have also had some fantastic Team names this year. Best Team name will be judged by RPS again this year… Some contenders include:
