The recent tragedy in Bath where a tipper truck crashed, resulted in the tragic loss of four lives, including a four year old child. The route, which the tipper driver was using, was not suitable for heavy goods vehicles. The truck driver was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and manslaughter by gross negligence.
