Congratulations to A E Yates, one of our contractors in ReadyMix Northern region, for STEPPING IN. High winds unexpectedly hit their site overnight causing A E Yates to cancel a 350m3 base pour at 6am on the day of delivery.

A E Yates Site Manager replied when being told he would get a £4.2k cancellation charge:

“I would rather pay a cancellation charge than hurt someone!”
