CEMEX Rail Solutions Washwood Heath hit 4 years LTI free on Tuesday 17th May.  To mark the achievement everyone on site was given a new hi vis rucksack with the Plant name and achievement embroidered onto it.

Plant Manager, Terry Gillooly, said: “This is a fantastic achievement and is all down to everyone on site playing their part in not only looking after themselves but also their colleagues. Over the last year we have introduced our monthly contractor award, monthly step in award and our suggestion box which have all been a great success. A lot of the lads either walk or cycle to work so we thought the hi vis rucksack would keep them safer travelling to and from work.  We also popped a few chocolate bars in them as a small thank you”.
