With last week’s forecast for high winds and general poor weather, Steven Taylor and the Team at Local Asphalt in Sheffield took the opportunity to double check the existing site stockyard level values. They used the services of a visiting CEMEX artic with its inclinometer. This was to ensure they had the safest conditions for articulated vehicles to tip incoming aggregate.

Steven commented: “The results backed up our original site survey with all deviations being less than 1% in all planes across the site.  Thanks to Pete Hunt and especially driver, Mick White, for taking the time to perform the inclinometer checks.”
