We have experienced several incidents over the last few weeks that should call our attention and reinforce our awareness of risks and or of our own vulnerability, leading to increased precaution in all tasks we do, even most routine ones.

With the proximity of Christmas Season associated with colder weather and natural physical fatigue at this stage of the year, I urge everyone and especially all managers, to pay extra attention to the conditions of sites (preventing risks related to winter conditions, ice, reduced visibility, …) and to the enforcement of our safety basics: Stop, Think and Check, always stepping in when observing any unsafe behaviours.
