Last week saw the Readymix Excellence Global Network meet in Thorpe.The session saw the training material for the global roll out for excellence in order taking and dispatch. The initiative was launched in Mexico and the USA and this session was the initial pilot to agree an implementation plan for Readymix in the UK and Northern Europe.
