Our colleagues in France hosted the meeting of the Western Europe Materials Operations Excellence team with representatives from Process Control, RM Engineering and Maintenance Operations Excellence, and Aggregate Engineering attended from France and the UK. The event was an excellent opportunity for teambuilding whilst creating our roadmap and brainstorming cost saving initiatives using the experience and resources of the areas represented.
